Is Tiger Woods insane?

Saturday, February 20, 2010

Is Tiger sick?
If you play out some twisted sexual fantasy with one person you may be forgiven for following through on a God-awful judgment. Nobody's perfect so it's not people can beat you up for being perfect. But 10, 11 women? That's not poor judgment that's schizophrenia.
Better yet, that's multiple personality disorder, which is called dissociative identity disorder. At least one high-profile athlete has also come forward with it.
But does Tiger, who admittedly pulled himself together nicely for a dead-on apology, have it? How else to explain behavior that Hugh Hefner would find embarrassing?
People with dissociative identity disorder "display multiple distinct identities or personalities" each with its own pattern of perception, according to Wikipedia.
if you haven't notice, alter egos are big right now among celebrities. Perhaps the pressure from being the world's No. 1 golfer peeled the exterior from Tiger's pysche, creating in effect a new person, someone who could lurk in the shadows, someone who was, by all actions, single.
I'm not saying he's crazy, but I'm just saying.

In other words, people are saying, "Leave Tiger Alone"! and "Please, Leave him alone!"

Best of 09: If all men are dogs, can Barack be trusted?

Monday, December 28, 2009

Tiger Woods. Steve McNair. Eliot Spitzer. Mark Sanford. The list goes on for the drunk-on-fame-and-power men who have cheated on their spouses affair raises the issue of marital infidelity again.
Although it seems Tiger was a straight dog, Sanford's is a bit more complicated.
Sanford didn't just have an affair he lingered with the other woman, dignifying her as someone "special" and a respite from his wife.
"This was a whole lot more than a simple affair, this was a love story," Sanford said. "A forbidden one, a tragic one, but a love story at the end of the day."
Which side of the fence you fall on is crystal-clear for a lot of people, but what if it was Barack?
What if Obama cheated on Michelle, with an "other woman" hussy, or worse, a dear family friend? Would Michelle, the touchy feely one, be any less of a woman for staying there? Would she be able to maintain her "dignity and respect," if she left?

If Barack had an affair, would Michelle stay?

Friday, June 26, 2009

The uproar over South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford's affair raises the issue of marital infidelity again. But given the high profile of the case, and that the mistress in question was a longtime friend, many people have an opinion.
Especially about whether Mrs. Sanford, Jenny, as she's known, should stay or leave?

"Cheaters Never Win"

Wednesday, April 15, 2009

If you've got to get all McGyver (climbing in and out of folks windows or creeping while they sleeping) just to have a lil fun, then, hey, it's better to just chill on the sideline. They say "Cheaters Never Win." Bad things happen. I don't know who made that up, but apparently it's a very popular saying. But is it true? Do you know anybody that has cheated and in fact one?
Not me.
They all lose. Something.

"I read about my wife's affair in her diary"

Friday, March 6, 2009

That's how the letter started off, stating that the man had secretly been reading his wife's most intimate notes to herself.
"My immediate impulse was to slam the diary shut and try to forget I'd seen his name before it had a chance to sink in," he said.
Read the article here, then ponder the question. Do married people have a right to have secrets? Of any kind? Or should everything be exposed?
