With divorce, Matthew knowles' dream starts to fade

In 1980, a sharp-talking Q-Dog from Gadsden, Alabama, married a Texas hottie with Louisiana roots, there was even then a glimmer of promise in the couple. Matthew Knowles was a Fisk graduate and a man-about-town in a small city. Tina Beyincé was a stallion of a woman, with a quiet strength about herself. The couple had their first child within a year, Beyonce, and the second one, Solange, a few years after.
Matthew was seen as a hard working businessman, reportedly earning six figures with IBM. But he had other plans: Nurturing the entertaining talents of his first born and her girlfriends into a powerful singing group.
The young couple almost split early on due to Mathew's singular drive to turn his babies into superstars, but Tina bought into it: She let her husband handle the management end while she began to design clothes for the girls.
In 10 years the girls were superstars, riding the tails of the couple's oldest daughter, Beyonce, while Solange tinkered with a solo project.
After the hard work and tears, Solange got pregnant and had Juelz. Four years later, Bey got married. What would the Matthew and Tina do now?
They had spent the previous 25 years honing, coaching and training their girls for entertainment.
On Nov. 11, 2009, divorce proceedings got under way. In October, a paternity suit was filed against Matthew by Alexsandra Wright, an actress that has starred in a handful of films.
Tina Knowles has reportedly stopped wearing her wedding ring. The Knowles family released a statement last week, saying in apart, ''If anyone is expecting an ugly, messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed.''
Beyonce has flocked to her mother's side to console her, nurture her.

World music star Beyonce began her path to the biggest woman in entertainment more than 25 years ago. The 28-year-old published video last week of her showing her stuff as a little girl.
Who would think she would go on to become pop music's biggest star since (wait, I forgot about Rihanna). Anyways, Bey is a friggin' rock star.

What's up with Michelle Williams?

Destiny be damned, singer Michelle Williams is prepping for another album that probably won't see the light of day until mid- to late 2010.
Since her days in the greatest-selling female pop group of all time, Michelle has recorded gospel music, returned to pop music, and even set her sights on Broadway.
Michelle has been successful in whatever genre she's done; her Gospel album in 2002 was the best-selling Gospel album that year.
In 2008, her single "We Break the Dawn," reached No. 1 on the dance charts.

Kelly Rowland 'Not Ready' to Find Real Dad

Former Destiny's Chillen Kelly Rowland says she's not ready to find her biological father, whom she hasn't seen since she was 7.
Apparently she's got too much going on.
The revelation sheds more light on the impact Matthew Knowles, whom she dumped four months ago as manager, had in her life.
She told Britain's Heat Radio: "I feel like I'm not really ready for that yet, I've enough going on in my life to really open that up. Maybe later on in about 16 or 17 months. I told myself I'd work for 16 long months and then I'd take a vacation or a break, but now is not that time for me."
Kelly and mom Doris Rowland Garrison were forced to leave when a Daddy would come home "drunk and aggressive."
"I don't know where he is but I hope he's not dead. That would break my heart. I remember my dad being drunk and aggressive towards my mom but not me. It took courage for her to get away.
"I don't know if he knows who I am or what I've done. He must be hiding under a rock if he doesn't."
