Prince is rollin' with Twinz

His Purple Badness, for a hot second now, has been dancing and prancing with a couple of girls that have that Siemese thing going on.
They are indentical twins, Nandy and Maya McClean, from Sydney, Australia. They are primarily dancers with Prince's band. Word is that they both auditioned for "Australian Idol 2," but one got further than the other and soon both were seen shimmying on stage with Prince.
The girls, probably about 25 years younger than the 49-year-old Prince, are twice as nice as his other sidekicks.
Prince has been known to have some stellar proteges in his day: Sheila E., Vanity, Appolonia, Sheena Easton, Ingrid Chavez, to name a few.
Some people get older, some get colder. Prince is a living legend and will undoubtably make the girls huge luminaries in the world of entertainment. He said it himself on the "Purple Rain" album, he said, "Baby, I'm a Star."
Indeed, Prince, indeed.

Do Prince and Rihanna Look Alike?

More than a few people have said that in person Prince and RiRi have more than a striking resemblance to each other. Not to me, but to you, do they look alike, or at least like kissing cousins?

Prince Unveils New Protege'

The purple one recently unveiled another female protege, the prototype of which fits somewhere between a Vanity, a Sheila E., an Appolonia Kotero, an Ingrid Chevez and a Mayte.
Prince thinks of Bria Valente as a Sade, according to a recent article.
“We got sick of waiting for Sade to make a new album,” Prince told the New York Times. “This music is nasty, but it’s not dirty,” he said, referring to the sexual lyrics. “There’s no profanity. It isn’t promoting promiscuity. She’s singing about her lover, who could be her partner for life.”

Bria Valente, or Brenda Fuentes as her mother called her, hails from Minneapolis and has done background for Usher and danced for Prince for a few years. She's hot, but can she sing? And does it matter?

Appolonia Kotero: Still Hot at 49

Blast from the past: Patricia Kotero (renamed Appolonia by the Purple One) is still smoking, almost 25 years after she purified the waters of Lake Minnetonka. BTW, "Purple Rain" is in my top 10 list of Best Films of All Time.
